If the physical ticket has been exchanged but remains unused, a refund is possible at the JR Midori no Madoguchi with a 10% service fee deducted from the purchase price. (Refunds for unused physical tickets cannot be handled by WAUG and must be processed at the JR Midori no Madoguchi).
• Cancellation/refund requests are accepted only during business hours (Monday-Friday, 10:00 AM - 6:00 PM / excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays). Requests made outside of business hours will be processed on the next business day (based on business hours).
