How to use your ticket:
1. Preparation before use
* You can display the voucher with your smartphone, and there is no need to exchange a separate physical ticket.
2. Start of use
* Ticket usage time is from facility opening time on the day of use to final admission at facilities where use is available. Transportation is from the first to the last train. (Not from the time of start of use)

What to Remember
- This product is an automatic reservation product and can be used on the same day of reservation.
- This product ticket is valid for one day from 3:00 AM to 2:59 AM the following day.
- Please make sure to click 'Start Use' after 3:00 AM on the day of use. If you start using between 0:00 AM and 2:59 AM, you will not be able to use it after 3:00 AM.
- After clicking the Start Using button, no refunds will be given even if you do not board.
- This product can be reserved for up to 4 people, but only if they are traveling together, and tickets cannot be shared. If each person needs to use a ticket, they must purchase it individually.
- When using the subway, please touch the QR code on the QR-compatible station gate to enter and exit.
- At subway stations without QR-compatible ticket gates, please have the station staff visually check your ticket before entering or exiting.
- When using the bus, please read the QR code displayed inside the vehicle before getting off and present the authentication screen to the driver to get off.
- The authentication screen is active for 15 minutes, so please be careful when reading it.
- At available facilities, please scan the QR code displayed at the facility and present the authentication screen to the facility staff.
- At facilities and stores where you can receive discounts and privileges, please present the 'Preferential Privileges' authentication screen of your fuel pass to the staff.
- Please prepare a smartphone (with camera function) that can connect to the network.
- For facilities, the hours of use are from the opening time to the closing time, and for transportation, from the first train to the last train. (It is not calculated as 24 hours/48 hours from the time of commencement of use.)
- There are no child rates, and rates are per person.
- The recommended environment for using digital tickets is iOS 15 or later / Safari (latest version) / Android 10.0 or later / Chrome (latest version). (Even with the recommended environment, it may not be available depending on the terminal you are using.)
- If the e-ticket cannot be displayed due to your own fault, such as loss or malfunction of the smartphone or a dead battery, use is not possible and reissues and cancellations/refunds are not possible.
- Since e-tickets must be used by recognizing the QR code embedded in the issued digital ticket, dark mode on mobile phones may not recognize them properly. We recommend disabling dark mode between uses.
- Presenting a captured QR code does not allow use/entry into the facility.
