I've been to Fukuoka a few times, but this time I wanted to go somewhere a little different, so I signed up for the Kitakyushu tour. I left early in the morning, ate fresh seafood at Karato Market, and was able to really feel the tradition and history at Kokura Castle. Personally, the place that impressed me the most was Miyajidake Shrine! The approach road that stretches straight into the sea was so beautiful. The guide was friendly and the transportation was convenient, so the day passed by really quickly. I would highly recommend this to anyone looking for a trip near Fukuoka.

Neither the guide was Korean nor did he speak Korean. If you book elsewhere with this condition, you can book at a 30% discount. The tour has the advantage of convenient transportation, but it is for hearing various stories, so there are limits to understanding in English, and since there are many things not included, it is not good in terms of transportation costs. If you need transportation, it is cheaper to take the Shinkansen and then the train. If you need a story, you must definitely check if the guide is Korean. This was a transit reservation, so I only paid the fee and it was very disappointing. The course itself is good. It has not been developed for long. I had high expectations for the Karaku Market, but I was very disappointed. However, it is a course worth going to, and I recommend not to have high expectations or pay too much for the meeting.
