Just leave your luggage at the airport, and we'll safely deliver it to your hotel in Fukuoka city. This service is available for hotels in Chuo Ward and Hakata Ward, Fukuoka City, saving you the effort of carrying heavy bags and giving you more time to explore.
How to Use
Luggage dropped off before 3 PM will be safely delivered to your hotel by 6 PM. Please ensure that the name used for the service reservation matches your hotel booking name.
On the day of use, please present the following at the Fukuoka Airport DELIBAG reception counter: 1) The mobile voucher sent upon booking completion, and 2) Your hotel reservation confirmation (to verify hotel name, stay dates, and booking name).
* Luggage must have a combined total of three dimensions (length + width + height) less than 140cm. An additional fee of ¥300 per item will apply for luggage exceeding this size.
* If your hotel does not allow luggage drop-offs, our staff can deliver it directly in front of the hotel (additional fees may apply per item).
