Except for me, all the passengers were Chinese, and even the staff seemed to be Chinese. I was traveling alone, so I was shaking for no reason. (Because the world is scary..) But the staff were kind, and they helped me load my luggage into the car and took me safely to the front of my accommodation. The downside is that you first take a bus to downtown Osaka, and then you have to transfer to a van along the way, so there is some waiting time and it also stops at other customers' accommodations. Unless your accommodation is in a remote area, it seems like it would be faster to take a Rapit or airport limousine. Also, when transferring to the van, they call out the last 4 digits of the phone number in Chinese..ㅋㅋㅋ You have to be tactful and understand it before getting off!

If you're unsure about where to stay, I highly recommend this service. 👍🏻 - I especially recommend it if you're traveling with older adults, like your parents. Private pickups can be expensive, but this service is affordable and great. Even if your flight or immigration is delayed, they'll always dispatch you to the next bus without any cancellations. - The route is "Airport > Transfer Center > Hotel," so you don't need to carry your luggage along the way. The driver and staff will help you carry your luggage. They even attach tags to each piece of luggage and put numbered straps around your wrists, so you won't get on the wrong bus or mix up your luggage. - The only downside is that since most of the passengers are Chinese, the staff sometimes give directions in Chinese. Also, some of the staff on-site, not just at the counter, don't speak English, so keep that in mind. However, since you enter your hotel address in advance, you won't be dropped off at the wrong location. You can also contact them via WhatsApp for any other questions. They also offer Korean language support, and they even provide important notices in Korean after booking. I was so satisfied with the service for the price that I think I'll use it again with friends!

I was told that if I took the express train from Kansai Airport to our accommodation (Art Hotel Osaka Bay), I could just sit down... But my husband wanted to make the ride as comfortable as possible while buying the train tickets with the kids, so we used the airport pickup service. The person who picked us up at Kansai Airport was a Korean employee, so we had a pleasant ride. The driver was Chinese, and we stopped by Terminal 2 to pick up two more passengers before going straight to our accommodation. I think they said that since December of last year, the airport pickup service has been running directly without transfers. It took exactly one hour to get to our accommodation. We were satisfied!

I used it so well on my first day in Osaka that I decided to book it again for my return trip; I made the reservation the day before departure. My flight was at 7:30 AM, so to arrive with time to spare, I left the hotel at 3:00 PM. We were the first to board, followed by two other groups, and arrived at Kansai Airport at 4:00 PM. It was my first time in Osaka, and I was nervous even before going because I had read reviews saying that you need to be extra careful starting from taking the Rapit train from the airport. However, while browsing through various pickup service ads, I was inexplicably drawn to INNN. I searched for it and found that WAG offered coupons, so the two of us used the service for less than 20,000 won per person. They explained how to find the booth at Kansai Airport Terminal 1 very easily, and the person who first assisted us (via KakaoTalk) was incredibly kind, which was a great experience. My friend who traveled with me was amazed at how comfortable the ride was. There were only two groups including us for the airport pickup and hotel drop-off, and since we got off first, the journey was very comfortable and pleasant. After seeing that, I decided I would definitely use this service on our return trip as well.
