I was planning a three-night, four-day trip to Osaka, and while researching itineraries to spend one night near Osaka, I chose the Kyoto & Nara day tour through WAUG. There were many other options, but I chose this one because it allowed me to visit both Kyoto and Nara simultaneously, and I have no regrets. Guide Oh Seok-bong's friendly and engaging explanations kept me entertained, and I appreciated the fact that he discussed not only the trip itself but also Japanese culture in general. While bus tours offer the advantage of convenient transportation to major tourist attractions, they don't allow for extended stays, requiring careful planning and focus. Aside from the limited time, this bus tour offers many advantages. You'll receive a KakaoTalk message the day before confirming the location, and it's a great tip to ask your guide any questions you may have. I also appreciated the fact that he provided must-see spots and recommended restaurants, even without prior knowledge. Guide Oh Seok-bong and the rest of the group were excellent, so we met on time and completed the itinerary without any delays, making for a truly enjoyable trip. If you don't have a specific restaurant in mind, I highly recommend using the guide's recommendations. The price is relatively affordable, and you can save time by avoiding lines. The trip felt so short that I felt a little sad when it was over. The fact that they even gave me recommendations for good restaurants as we parted ways was also a huge plus. I highly recommend the Osaka Bus Tour, which has been used by everyone, regardless of age or gender, solo travelers, couples, or families. Take lots of beautiful photos and create many wonderful memories.

Guide Oh Seok-bong, seriously... you are a man of pure passion!!! 😁😁 You must have been just as exhausted from the heat as I was, but I was touched by your passion and stamina as you wholeheartedly tried to explain even just one more thing. Haha. Whenever my husband and I travel, we always make sure to include a tour for one day, and you are the most passionate guide we’ve ever had. Haha. You are truly amazing!! You are truly incredible. Although a full-day tour can be a bit tiring, it is much more comfortable than traveling on my own, so I always make sure to include it in our itineraries. I would recommend this tour to anyone who wants to see Kyoto and Nara from Osaka in one go. Oh! Also, on other tours, especially on hot days, they usually finish the explanation completely before we get off the bus and move straight to the course. However, having to listen to an explanation for about 5 to 10 minutes in the scorching sun after getting off the bus to move was a bit tough. While the detailed stories about Japan on the bus were nice, I wished the explanation for the course had been finished before we moved on. Still, overall, it was a fulfilling and satisfying tour 😊

Guide Oh Seok-bong, you went beyond simply being positive about tour packages from other travel destinations—you made me recommend this to an acquaintance (I actually recommended it to a friend planning a trip to Osaka next week)—and I truly worked so hard and thank you so much. This was the Kiyomizu-Temple - Fox Shrine - Nara Park tour we took on the second day of our 2-night, 3-day trip. Most other tours included Arashiyama, which wasn't the route I wanted to go, so I searched around and found the Nikki Tour package. Even though it was raining heavily, Guide Oh Seok-bong never lost his smile, kept making us laugh, and gave great explanations. Despite the rain making things difficult, we were able to finish the tour enjoyably. During the tour, someone lost their phone at the Fox Shrine; I was deeply moved by how you kept contacting the shrine management to help find it and eventually took full responsibility for returning the phone. Is that what a professional tour guide looks like...? Wow... It was even more impressive knowing that it is not an easy task. Also, throughout the tour, you shared lists of restaurants that the guide likes and travelers love, as well as recommendations for foods to eat at convenience stores (especially the easy-to-digest yogurt? My girlfriend loved it, saying she felt the effects immediately after eating it lol). It was so informative and great. It was a nutritious tour from start to finish, and although I don't know when I will visit Osaka again, I definitely want to meet Guide Oh Seok-bong again. Thank you for giving me such wonderful travel memories ❤️

I went on a Kyoto and Nara bus tour with my family😊 In Kyoto, we visited Kiyomizu-dera Temple, Ninenzaka & Sannenzaka, and Fushimi Inari Shrine, and in Nara, we toured Nara Park and Todai-ji Temple. I wondered how we would manage to visit so many places in one day, but being able to travel comfortably by bus made me feel that choosing this for a family trip was a really great decision! Kiyomizu-dera, Ninenzaka, and Sannenzaka were perfect for taking photos while experiencing the authentic Kyoto atmosphere, and Fushimi Inari Shrine looked much more magnificent in person than in photos. Feeding senbei to the deer in Nara Park was so much fun that it remains a very memorable experience. In particular, I appreciated that our guide, Oh Seok-bong, made the explanations during the journeys entertaining and shared a lot of helpful travel information, such as photo spots and great restaurants. Although we couldn't visit all the photo spots he recommended, it actually made me want to come back and visit some of them next time haha. It was nice to have an excuse for my next trip to Kyoto! Also, personally, I was really grateful that we were able to enjoy a delicious meal at a restaurant he recommended even after the tour ended, and that he kindly answered every question I had while in Japan. Thank you so much for even helping us with restaurant reservations 🥹 Thanks to you, my family and I were able to travel comfortably and make many wonderful memories. It was my first time using a bus tour, but I was much more satisfied than I expected, so if I visit other regions of Japan in the future, I would love to use this service again!
