• The total distance is 15km and it takes about 20 minutes by car. The exact arrival time may vary depending on traffic conditions on the day.
• Universal Studios Japan is about a 10-15 minute walk from the parking lot.
• Please arrive at the designated location 10 minutes early to avoid any disruption to your schedule. We will not wait for latecomers.
• If the bus cannot run due to force majeure such as traffic conditions, earthquakes, or typhoons, you can apply for a free refund.
• Please make sure to arrive at the bus meeting point in advance. The bus will depart on time. If you are late, it will be considered an automatic cancellation and no refund will be given.
• Please check the reservation list provided by the crew before boarding and then board.
• There will be a yellow sign that says USJ on the bus, so please check before boarding.
