BESTI really wanted to go to the floating village, so I looked it up and booked a tour, and in conclusion, it was really good ㅠㅠㅠㅠ When you go to see the seagulls, make sure to buy shrimp chips!!! They give you shrimp chips, but my mom was smart enough to only eat the shrimp chips and enjoy them ㅋ It was hot, but it didn't rain, so the weather was nice and I made good memories with my mom. My mom also said that it was the prettiest and nicest place she's been to in Japan so far! The guide, LuLU, spoke English, Korean, and Chinese well, so we had no problems communicating and she was super cute 🥰🩷 I was so sad when we had to say goodbye ㅠㅠ Next time I come to Osaka, I'll sign up for a tour again. Thank you for helping me make good memories. I definitely recommend it!!!!!!!! 🩶🩶🩶
Enjoy the quiet Japanese rural atmosphere at Miyama Kabuki-no-Sato, a cluster of traditional thatched-roof houses, and admire the beautiful coastal scenery at Amanohashidate, which means “bridge to the sky.” You’ll experience a different charm from the busy city center.
To Inehunaya, a leisurely and peaceful place that still retains the charm of an old fishing village! Embark on a journey where nature and tradition come together!
Ine Funaya, Japan's Venice
And to Amanohashidate!
Ine Funaya, nicknamed the Venice of Japan! This uniquely designed house features a first-floor docking area, while the second floor serves as living quarters. The village is even more charming here, allowing you to explore by strolling, cycling, or boating.
Enjoy a fun-filled day on this tour that takes you to Ine Village and Kayabuki no Sato, both of which have been selected as one of Japan's 18 most beautiful villages!
A time to experience true romance, not just a typical tourist destination.
Ine Funaya
Ine, a seaside town in northern Kyoto, boasts a landscape of "funaya" (boat houses) that appear to float on the sea. The first floor of each house serves as a garage for boats, while the second floor serves as a living space, offering a glimpse into a unique lifestyle coexisting with the sea. The wooden buildings lining the tranquil seaside landscape make for a wonderful photo opportunity. A cruise boat ride to view the Ine Funaya Village from the water is also highly recommended.
Amanohashidate View Land
This is a prime vantage point where you can capture Amanohashidate, one of Japan's three most scenic views, at a glance. The long stretch of sandy beach resembles a bridge spanning the sky, earning it the name "Tenbashidate." At the observatory, you can experience a unique viewing technique called "Lifting the Bridge" (股のぞき), where you can view the landscape upside down, creating a spectacular sight that resembles a dragon soaring into the sky. The cable car or chairlift ride up to the summit is also a delightful experience.
Miyama Kayabuki no Sato
Nestled deep in the mountains of Kyoto, this traditional thatched-roof village perfectly preserves the essence of Japan's old countryside. The row of around 30 Kayabuki (thatched-roof) houses evokes a sense of time travel to ancient Japan. While each season offers a different charm, the snow-covered landscape in winter is particularly beautiful. There are also guesthouses, small cafes, and workshops housed in traditional houses, making for a leisurely stroll.
