- Please check the WEST QR URL sent to your email or WAUG app.
- After accessing the URL, create an account, check the precautions, and click the Agree button.

How to create an account and register a ticket:
▲ After purchasing the ticket, please access the WEST QR official website and create an account.

* You cannot log in to multiple terminals at the same time, so be sure to register your ticket on the terminal you will be using it on.
* If you do not have a smartphone, please register your ticket on the smartphone of a member of your group.
* Once you click 'Register Ticket', you cannot change between ticket accounts.
Instructions for use:
▲ Select the ticket you wish to use from the tickets displayed on the ticket list screen and click ‘Start Using’. Once the ticket is displayed, check the contents and click ‘Use Ticket’ to use it.
* Cancellation is not possible after use.
* Tickets must be activated on the day of use. Do not pass through the gate before activation.
* The validity period begins immediately after ‘start of use’, so please be sure to use it on the same day.
* The QR code is updated every 5 minutes and cannot be used with a captured screen or printed QR code.
* If you accidentally clicked the Use Ticket button and the QR code was activated, please contact us by clicking the chatbot icon at the bottom of the WEST QR app. We will help you invalidate the ticket after checking whether it has been used. However, if the train has already departed, invalidation is not possible.

Cancellation and Refund
• Cancellation/refund requests are limited to those received during business hours (Monday to Friday, 10:00 to 18:00 / excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays). Cancellations received outside of business hours will be processed on the next business day (based on business hours).
• Reservation cancellation and refund requests must be made during business hours and then confirmed.
