An excellent introduction to staple Japanese dishes by a professional chef. Yuki was very welcoming, fun and accommodating. I especially appreciated her showing me how to make a Japanese omelette as I have been curious about it from my travels. The whole experience was top notch and it was lovely to get the experience of being in a modern Japanese home.

Absolut empfehlenswert, wenn man authentische japanische Küche liebt. Yuki ist ganz zauberhaft und hat uns mit viel Können durch den Kurs geführt. Ich hab einiges gelernt und das Ergebnis des Abends war sehr lecker und den Preis absolut wert.

If you want to create a more special trip than just visiting famous restaurants, learn authentic Japanese home cooking from Chef Yuki. We'll show you in detail how to make tendon (rice bowl with crispy tempura) and how to prepare katsuobushi to make miso soup.

Since it is a small group class with a maximum of 6 people, you can learn more thoroughly and delicately, and since the class is conducted in English, it will be the best time to properly learn authentic Japanese home cooking even if you do not speak Japanese.

For those who feel that the Tempura & Miso Soup Course is not enough, we also have a Sake Pairing Course where you can enjoy sake and food together. This course includes 3 types of 45ml sake per person, so enjoy the flavor of sake as well!
