Because it is a small class with a maximum of 6 people, you can learn more detailed and delicately, and because the class is conducted in English, it will be the best time to properly learn authentic Japanese home cooking even if you don't know Japanese.
For those who find the tempura & miso soup course a little disappointing, we also have a sake pairing course where you can enjoy sake and food together. This course provides three kinds of 45ml sake per person, so you can enjoy the flavor of sake as well!
