3rd floor: Departure gate to the sky
You can go up to the Umeda Sky Building Observatory from the KUCHU TEIEN gate on the 3rd floor.

39th floor: Ticket office, gallery shop, restaurant & bar
You can exchange your WAUG voucher for a ticket and enter the observatory by presenting it at the ticket office on the 39th floor.
You can also find a gallery shop where you can buy various goods, Chinese cuisine Shangri-La, and the Sky Lounge Stardust.

40th floor: Gallery floating in the sky 
You can find a gallery and Sky 40 Cafe that are one with the beautiful scenery 펼쳐진 outside the window.
