I tried the course I experienced through Waug two years ago again. Although the temperature dropped slightly in the morning, I kept exclaiming “beautiful” at the sight that unfolded after the trekking. It was a cost-effective trip, including the meal and the Watcha Ratan Falls. I highly recommend it. It’s awesome!

We met our guide at the hotel lobby and headed to Doi Inthanon! It was early morning, so I was cold and hungry, but about 15 minutes after leaving, we stopped at a rest stop. Having breakfast and coffee there was so filling and wonderful! (Nana Bakery ham and cheese croissant is really delicious 😝And if you walk a little further from the bakery, there is a place that sells Mu Ping, and I highly recommend the Mu Ping there!👍🏻 And, after about 2 hours of driving, we arrived at Doi Inthanonㅎㅎ There were quite a lot of people because it was the weekend, but luckily the guide adjusted the route well to a time when it wasn't crowded, so we visited the Longevity Monument first. After that, we went to the starting point of Doi Inthanon trekking, but it was really cold because of the high altitude! The temperature was about 8 degrees, and I went wearing only a windbreaker and short sleeves, so I shivered because it was so cold ㅠㅠ If you are visiting between November and February, I highly recommend bringing a hoodie or fleece jacket! And it would be good to bring snacks like chocolate that you can eat lightly during the trekking that lasts about 2 hours. You might get hungry because lunch is around 3 PM! The mountain ridge is gentle, and the air is so refreshing that you will find yourself saying "crazy." 🌳🍃 This was the most satisfying tour of my entire trip, so I highly recommend it to my friends who are planning a trip to Chiang Mai! Since I was walking through the clouds, I missed the natural scenery seen in the distance, but it was beautiful enough. Most Koreans are good at keeping their appointments, so the process goes smoothly haha. You can also stop by rest areas, and restrooms, snack bars, coffee shops, and restaurants appear frequently, so you don't have to worry even if you miss breakfast. Lunch was also delicious. The driver drives very well. A padded jacket was useful in very cold sections. The 2-hour trek takes 1 hour and 20 minutes at a brisk pace. Sneakers and pants are essential.
