- If notified up to 30 days before the start of the trip (~30): Full refund of the tour fee
- If notified up to 20 days before the start of the trip (29~20): Refund after deducting 10% of the total product amount
- If notified up to 6 days before the start of the trip (19~6): Refund after deducting 15% of the total product amount
- If notified up to 1 day before the start of the trip (1~5): Refund after deducting 20% of the total product amount
- If notified on the day of the trip ~ before the start of the tour: Refund after deducting 50% of the total product amount
