Discover Southeast Asian modern art
in the former Supreme Court and City Hall

National Gallery Singapore is a visual arts institution with an extensive collection of modern art from Singapore and Southeast Asia. Located in the heart of the Civic District, the birthplace of modern Singapore, it occupies two restored national monuments, City Hall and the former Supreme Court, transformed into a venue of about 64,000 square metres.

The Gallery works with international museums such as Centre Pompidou, Musée d'Orsay, Tate Britain, the National Museum of Modern Art, Tokyo (MOMAT) and the National Museum of Modern and Contemporary Art, Korea (MMCA) to present Southeast Asian art in a global context.

Explore the permanent galleries with General Admission

General Admission gives you access to the DBS Singapore Gallery, the Level 4 Gallery and He Xiangning: Ink and Intent. The permanent exhibition Singapore Stories: Pathways and Detours in Art is also included in General Admission.

See the special exhibition Pop after Pop: Art around Us

The Special Exhibition ticket gives you entry to Pop after Pop: Art around Us, running from 11 December 2026 to 4 April 2027. It features over 200 works by more than 100 artists, including Keith Haring, Roy Lichtenstein, Andy Warhol and Ronald Ventura, and invites you to enjoy the playful spirit of artworks from Southeast Asia, the United States and beyond.

Organised by National Gallery Singapore in collaboration with The Solomon R. Guggenheim Foundation, New York, the exhibition takes place on Level 3 of the City Hall Wing in Singtel Special Exhibition Galleries 1 & 2, Special Exhibition Gallery 3 and various locations around the Gallery.
