Singapore Mandai Wildlife,
bird paradise
There are four wildlife theme parks in the Mandai area, which you must visit at least once during your trip to Singapore. Among them, visit Mandai Wildlife’s new theme park, Bird Paradise, which will open on May 27, 2023! It is home to over 3,500 birds of over 400 species. See with your own eyes some of the world's most colorful birds, including the Rosegate Spoonbill, Scarlet Macaw, and Scarlet Ibis.
Visit Penguin Cove for an immersive experience in underwater kelp with cute flightless birds, penguins. Come out to the rocky beach and watch waddling penguins. In addition, there are various other places such as Singapore Zoo, Night Safari, and River Wonders, so it is a good idea to visit them together.
Mandai's new park,
bird paradise
Meet brightly colored birds at Asia's largest bird park. There are eight walking trails that will take you through various biomes and beautiful landscapes. You can see more than 400 species of birds living in various environments at once, including wetlands full of vegetation, a tranquil paradise with tall bamboo and rice terraces, and underwater kelp.
It opens on May 8, 2023 at Mandai Wildlife Sanctuary, next to Night Safari, River Wonders and Singapore Zoo. The regular opening date is May 27th, so don't miss the opportunity to experience the new park faster than anyone else!
Taking care of the Earth and protecting animals and nature
Mandai Wildlife Group strives to take action for a healthier world and works hard for plants, animals, and nature around the world. They combine all wildlife parks with unique nature-based experiences, green spaces, and eco-friendly resorts to create a new experience like no other. Therefore, when you come to Singapore's Mandai area, you can see many wild and rare animals from around the world that you have never seen before in your life, and for this reason, it has become the most famous wildlife park in the world.
Introducing the theme park we have together
In addition to the above reasons, the parks are located together in one area, so it would be a shame to only visit one place. I will briefly introduce what is in the other parks.
1. Singapore Zoo :
You can go on a wild adventure with over 4,200 wild animals of over 300 species. Experience the splendor of the African plains and enter a 20,000 cubic meter biodome that recreates a tropical rainforest habitat. Enter Leptopia, the best home for reptiles, and meet many types of reptiles that you would never encounter before.
2. Night Safari:
It’s the world’s first nocturnal wildlife park! You can travel to 6 regions around the world on an open tram. It provides audio commentary about the animals and areas so you can sit back and explore the park. Additionally, the trail, which simulates wilderness trekking, features skilled hunters such as fishing cats and special 'strange animals' such as giant anteaters, armadillos and pangolins.
3. River Wonders:
It is Asia's first and only river-themed wildlife park. You can see over 11,000 land and aquatic animals of 260 species. Meet countless creatures at the world's largest freshwater aquarium. Experience what it's like to adventure down the Amazon River. There are activities available such as floating the Amazon on a boat or getting up close to nocturnal animals.
If you want to combine your visit with Singapore Zoo, Night Safari, and River Wonders, you can also get a multi-day Singapore Wildlife Parkhopper ticket to select the park of your choice.
Editor's reason for recommendation
No matter where you go in the world, there is no place so spacious and nature-friendly. If you are interested in various wild animals, I recommend you visit regardless of age or gender. From rare animals to wild animals, you can meet many friends in one place by theme, go on a tram trip depending on the park, or if you want, feed animals, get up close, participate in attractions, etc., which can be experienced only at Mandai Park in Singapore. Do what you can.
Visit the new park before anyone else, from the existing new park to the new park that has been transformed through several years of relocation planning and the participation of experts!
