BEST1. After purchasing an entrance ticket to the Singapore Marina Bay Sands Park Observation Deck and showing the voucher to the staff, the voucher was rejected as a Botanic Garden entrance ticket. I also bought the Botanic Garden admission ticket from WAUG, so I checked and it is the same ticket. Was denied entry to the observatory at 8 o'clock and it is a weekend, so the Wass customer center does not answer phone calls or Kakaotalk. I didn't carry enough cash and cards on the day, so I couldn't purchase a separate ticket and eventually returned to Korea without seeing the Marina Bay Sands SkyPark Observatory. The next day, when I called the customer service center, the staff said that they had issued a different voucher by mistake, and they said they would refund it as an apology. 2. When I showed the voucher to the staff to enter the jewel window at 7pm, they said that the voucher is not an admission ticket and that I cannot enter. When I call WAUG customer center, they do not answer because it is outside business hours. The next day, I received a text message explaining the type of self-inflicted problem and asking to check it the next day. No contact after confirmation. I couldn't use it, so I contacted them to ask for a refund, but there was no response. 3. I bought a Universal Studios free pass (one time for all rides), but the next day I contacted them saying that the free pass was sold out and refunded it. ————————————————————————— - Three of the six tickets in Wag. Think about it and buy it. It may be deleted if WAUG confirms it, but I hope you check it out and do it right, and hope it helps some people.
