to Cairo

Get picked up at your Hurghada hotel early in the morning and transfer to the airport for a domestic flight to Cairo. The flight takes about 75 minutes, and on arrival you meet your guide and head to the Giza Plateau.

See the three pyramids and the Great Sphinx at Giza

Explore the Great Pyramid of Giza, the last surviving wonder of the ancient world, along with the Pyramids of Khafre and Menkaure. Stop at the panoramic viewpoint to capture all three pyramids, and hear the history and stories of the Great Sphinx from your guide.

Lunch is served at a local restaurant overlooking the pyramids.

Visit a museum depending on your option

With the Grand Egyptian Museum option, see Tutankhamun's golden mask and a collection of jewelry and treasures in a museum holding over 100,000 artifacts. With the Royal Mummies option, visit the Royal Mummies Hall at the National Museum of Egyptian Civilization, home to famous pharaohs such as Ramesses II, Seti I, Hatshepsut and Thutmose III.

Depending on time and in agreement with your guide, an optional Nile cruise (extra cost) or a short Old Cairo tour may be possible.

Fly back to Hurghada in the evening

At the end of the day, transfer to Cairo Airport for your flight to Hurghada. On arrival, meet your driver and return to your hotel.
