On the day of use, show your QR code at the Captain Line counter at the Kaiyukan West Wharf pier or the Universal City Port pier and exchange it for a ticket. Kaiyukan West Wharf operates 09:30-20:00 and Universal City Port 09:15-18:30. Please arrive at the pier 5 minutes before sailing.
