We used the Kobe Port Tower observation deck ticket. When you go up in the elevator, you can enjoy a 360-degree panoramic view of Kobe Port, the city, and even Mount Rokko. The view is especially beautiful from dusk to night, making it perfect for taking photos. The facility was clean, the signs were easy to understand, and the staff were courteous. It wasn't too crowded so we were able to enjoy the scenery at our leisure. This is a spot you should definitely stop by when sightseeing in Kobe.
