Easy ticket exchange method

Once you arrive at Chubu Centrair International Airport in Nagoya, you'll need to exchange the voucher you received from WAUG for your ticket. Don't worry, it's not difficult at all, just follow the steps below.

Instructions on how to board the train

Now that you've exchanged your ticket, it's time to actually board the train. Don't worry, getting to the train isn't difficult.

Check the movement order:
1. Find the central gate at Chubu Centrair International Airport.
2. After passing through the gate with the QR code, the train splits into left and right. Go to platform 2 or 3 according to the train announcement time.
3. Board any car except cars 1 and 2 (cars 1 and 2 are exclusively for μSKY express trains)

Differences between μSKY (Musky) express and regular vehicles

The μSKY Limited Express takes 28 minutes to Nagoya Station, while the regular Limited Express takes about 38 minutes. Since these trains are rapid and do not stop at Nagoya Station, they are about 300-400 yen more expensive than the regular Limited Express. Also, the μSKY Limited Express has reserved seating , so you can sit down, while the regular Limited Express has non-reserved seating , so you may have to stand.

However, even within regular express trains, cars 1 and 2 are classified as express cars, while the rest are regular class. Therefore, if you board a regular express train and then use a μSKY express ticket, the journey time remains the same at 38 minutes, but you have the advantage of being able to sit down.
