Nishiazabu Hifumi in Roppongi
Visit Hifumi Kaiseki Restaurant in Nishiazabu, Minato-ku, Tokyo! It was recognized as a Michelin one-star restaurant in 2017 and was also selected by ANA, which provides Japanese in-flight meals! It reopened in June 2020 in the bustling Roppongi area, and its accessibility is excellent, being less than a 10-minute walk from the station and a 6-minute walk from the famous tourist spot Roppongi Hills! Japanese cuisine Hifumi uses fresh ingredients to serve the most traditional and delicious Kaiseki cuisine.
Chef Shigemi Naganishizuka, born in Yamagata in 1959, started cooking at 18. After training at Akasaka Rakumi and serving as the head chef at Dojima in Ginza, he established the current Hifumi in 2000.
