- The voucher you receive after purchase will be exchanged for both your outbound and return tickets at Narita Airport. (This is a ticket that can be exchanged for a boarding pass, but is not a boarding pass yet!)
- Please make sure to exchange your ticket for a ticket at the Narita Airport ticket office or ticket booth for the outbound trip, or at the Ueno or Nippori ticket office or ticket booth for the return trip.
- If you encounter any problems when exchanging tickets, you must contact the local (on-site) station staff. Please understand that we may not be able to respond to inquiries from the place of purchase.
Tokyo Metro
- This is a 72-hour Tokyo Metro pass.
- Please exchange your voucher for an actual ticket at the ticket vending machines located at major Tokyo Metro or Toei Subway stations.
- Excluding Kitasenju, Nakameguro, Nakano, Nishi-funabashi, Yoyogi-uehara, Wakoshi, Hanzomon Line/Fukutoshin Line Shibuya, and Meguro Stations on the Hibiya Line
- You can get on and off the Tokyo Subway and Toei Subway at any station.
- The expiration date will be written on the ticket when you pass through the first gate after receiving the actual ticket.
- Tokyo Metro tickets cannot be used every other day and can only be used on consecutive days.
- If you are unable to receive a physical ticket at the station office, you can scan the QR code on the voucher at a ticket machine for travelers to receive a physical ticket and use it. If you have difficulty using it, please ask the staff for assistance at any time.
- You can use it by simply passing through the gate within the validity period.
