• Present the voucher to the pickup driver in the lobby of the hotel you are staying at and start the tour

Meeting point :
1. It takes place in the lobby of the hotel you are staying in in Cebu City and Mactan.
2. Reservations are also possible for those who wish to participate in the tour immediately after arriving at the airport. 
-Meeting point when boarding international flights: Outside the arrival point of Terminal 2, in front of the Globe telecom booth
-Meeting point when boarding domestic flights: Outside the arrival point of Terminal 1

Full refund if canceled 7-8 days before the date of use.
A 50% deduction of the payment amount if canceled 3-6 days before the date of use.
Cancellations or no-shows within 2 days of the date of use are non-refundable.
• Cancellation/refund requests must be received during business hours (Monday to Friday 10:00-18:00 / excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays), and cancellations received outside of business hours will be processed as received on the next business day (based on business hours).
• Please request cancellation and refund during business hours and receive cancellation confirmation.
• In the case of customers using a package, absolutely no refunds are possible.
