From Cebu: Oslob Whale Shark & Kawasan Canyoneering Day Tour with Lunch

Leave your hotel early in the morning
and head to Oslob

The tour starts with an early morning pickup from your accommodation in Cebu City, Mandaue or Lapu-Lapu (Mactan). There is also an option with pickup in Moalboal or Badian. Ride in an air-conditioned vehicle along Cebu's southern coast for about 2 hours 45 minutes to Oslob.

Swim with whale sharks in Oslob

When you arrive in Oslob, your guide helps with registration and obtains an official priority number for the whale shark activity. After a mandatory safety briefing, board an official whale shark boat and watch or snorkel alongside the whale sharks for about 30 minutes under the supervision of certified local guides.

Private tour guests receive a free Filipino silog breakfast, served while waiting for your number to be called or right after the activity, depending on the crowd. During the whale shark swim, private tour guests can also use one GoPro per booking for free to capture underwater photos and videos. Breakfast and the GoPro are not included in the group tour.

Enjoy Kawasan canyoneering in Badian

After the whale shark experience, drive about 1 hour 45 minutes to Badian. Meet professional local adventure guides, receive a helmet, life jacket and canyoneering shoes, and spend about 3 hours 30 minutes exploring the canyon. Follow the clear river, swim in natural pools, pass limestone formations and, if you wish, try optional cliff jumps along the route. If you prefer not to jump, alternative routes are available where possible.

The final stretch of the canyoneering leads to Kawasan Falls, famous for its turquoise water. Always follow your guide's safety instructions during the activity.

Return to your hotel after a Filipino lunch

After the adventure, relax in Badian with a Filipino lunch, coffee and snacks. Then drive about 3 hours back to your accommodation. Private tours travel in a dedicated vehicle for your group only, while group tours share the same itinerary with other travelers.
