Information on solo tours

If canceled 7-8 days before the date of use, full refund
If canceled 3-6 days before the date of use, 50% of the payment amount will be deducted
On the day of use - No refund for cancellation or non-attendance 2 days in advance
If a reservation is made by a package customer, absolutely no refund is possible.

※ Cancellation/refund requests are limited to those received during business hours (Monday to Friday 10:00~18:00 / excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays). Cancellations received outside of business hours will be processed on the next business day (based on business hours). It's possible.
