Chiang Mai Mae Taeng River 10km White Water Rafting Tour - Lunch Included

Take on white water rapids
along 10km of the Mae Taeng River

This white water rafting tour lasts about 6 hours. After pickup from your Chiang Mai accommodation, travel to the base camp, raft along the Mae Taeng River for about 3 hours, then have lunch before heading back. An English-speaking guide accompanies you, and tea, instant coffee, drinking water and towels are provided.

Ride a minivan to the base camp

Travel about 1 hour 30 minutes from Chiang Mai to the base camp in an air-conditioned minivan. The base camp has changing rooms with lockers and showers, and a minimart where you can buy snacks and essentials.

Ride Class III-IV rapids after a safety briefing

On arrival, receive a safety briefing and practice with your certified guide. Then tackle the Class III-IV rapids of the Mae Taeng River through the jungle, take a short break, and raft a section of continuous Class III rapids back to the base camp.

Lunch and a shower before returning

After rafting, enjoy a fried chicken lunch. A vegetarian option is available if requested when booking. Use the towels and shower facilities, then return to your accommodation by minivan.
