Visit a market and garden
and cook authentic Thai dishes
This evening cooking class lasts about 5 hours. After hotel pickup in central Chiang Mai, you visit a local market and an organic garden, then cook a 5-course Thai menu from scratch at the cooking studio. A local chef guides you step by step in English, with water, tea and coffee served throughout the class.
Explore a local market and organic garden

Browse a lively local market and learn about the ingredients used in Thai cooking. The market tour is optional, depending on the group's interests. Then pick fresh herbs for your dishes in a peaceful organic garden.
Choose your dishes and cook

Choose your dishes from stir-fries (pad thai, pad see ew, etc.), soups (tom yum goong, tom kha gai, etc.), salads (som tam, spring rolls, etc.) and curries (khao soi, green curry, massaman curry, etc.). For curries, you first learn how to make authentic curry paste.
Vegan, vegetarian, halal and gluten-free diets can be accommodated. Please let us know about any allergies or dietary restrictions when booking.
Enjoy the dishes you made

After cooking in the premium indoor kitchen, enjoy your own dishes in the air-conditioned dining area. Receive a PDF recipe book so you can recreate the dishes at home, then return to your hotel.
