Explore three of Chiang Mai's signature temples
with an English-speaking guide
Meet at Wat Inthakhin in the Old City and visit Wat Suan Dok, Wat Pha Lat and Doi Suthep on this small-group tour of about 4 hours (up to 9 people). Your TAT-licensed English-speaking guide explains how the three temples are connected, along with Northern Thai Buddhist culture and daily temple life. Temple entrance fees (about 20 to 50 baht per temple) are paid on site.
See the relic pagoda at Wat Suan Dok

Your first stop is Wat Suan Dok, built on the site of a former royal flower garden. Its ornate pagoda enshrines relics of the Buddha divided from those at Doi Suthep, giving it a close connection with Doi Suthep.
Wander through Wat Pha Lat, the hidden temple in the rainforest

Head up the mountain to Wat Pha Lat, set in the jungle of the national park. This temple is more than 600 years old, features a blend of Burmese and Chiang Mai Lanna architecture, and is now a meditation retreat.
Join the monks' evening chanting at Doi Suthep

Finally, visit Wat Phra That Doi Suthep at the top of the mountain. Admire the golden Lanna-style pagoda, then listen to the monks chanting in the evening and meditate with them.
From the viewpoint, enjoy a panoramic view over the whole of Chiang Mai.
※ Clothing covering your knees and shoulders is required at the temples.
