See ancient artifacts and mummies at the Egyptian Museum
The Egyptian Museum on Tahrir Square houses a vast collection of Egyptian antiquities. Explore ancient artifacts and mummies with commentary from your Egyptologist guide.
Take a Nile boat ride and have lunch
After the museum, enjoy a 30-minute boat ride on the Nile. Then relax over a BBQ lunch at a local restaurant.
Explore the Giza Pyramids and the Great Sphinx
Head to the Giza Plateau to explore the Giza Pyramids, the oldest of the Seven Wonders of the Ancient World, and learn about the construction and legends of the monuments associated with Khufu, Khafre and Menkaure. Then continue to the Great Sphinx, associated with Pharaoh Khafre, and the Valley Temple. If you wish, you can ride a camel or horse for an additional cost.
