Follow the road between Shinkawa Police Station and the Yaeyama Peace Memorial Museum. Right after passing Uminokan, you will see boats moored at the pier on your right. Turn right and continue to the end of the road to find the floating pier, which is the fishing boat meeting point. You cannot enter through other entrances, so please check the route in advance.
