The food and service was ok but for the price, I couldn’t recommend this place. I booked the seats through Tabelog and maybe there was some miscommunication but we weren’t given counter seats. Instead we were put in a small booth. Having Omakase and not seeing the chef work made the experience feel like I was eating at any other restaurant. I booked this for my birthday too so I was doubly disappointed. Of course I can’t blame the restaurant themselves for this disappointment, so I’ll go in detail about the food itself. We booked the premium tier course and got 20 items of food at around ¥15,000 , each piece tasted ok but for the price we paid non of it was mind blowing enough for me to say it was worth it. The tuna was ok but for less than half the price I’ve had better elsewhere. The other selection of fish was ok and the waiters did their best to tell us what they were in English, but not having the chef hand you each piece as he makes it certainly detracted hugely from the charm of it. In addition to this we weren’t offered any water, which I’ve gotten used to expecting in every restaurant that I’ve been to in Japan.

I visited an omakase sushi restaurant in the heart of Ginza. The calm atmosphere made it a perfect space for a leisurely meal, ideal for a special occasion. In addition to the omakase course, I also enjoyed several types of sake, all of which paired well with the sushi, resulting in a highly satisfying experience overall. Every piece of sushi served was incredibly fresh, clearly demonstrating the high quality of the ingredients. The sea urchin, in particular, was exceptionally rich and sweet, melting in my mouth. The tuna and fatty tuna were also impressive, with a perfect balance of flavor and fat. The harmony between the rice and the fish was excellent, and each piece showed meticulous preparation. Furthermore, the chef was very friendly and easy to talk to, and his detailed explanations of each fish left a lasting impression. His skill was undeniable, but this thoughtfulness made the dining experience even more enjoyable. Overall, this restaurant offers high-quality ingredients and meticulous preparation, making it a highly recommended choice for anyone wanting to savor delicious sushi in Ginza. I would definitely like to visit again if I have the opportunity.

Sorry, but I feel I should leave some feedback for the improvement of future guests’ experiences. In my opinion, this restaurant is quite overrated. The price (over ¥10,000) feels too high compared to the quality of the sushi. Ironically, the most enjoyable items were the chawanmushi and the green tea. Given the high standards of Japanese cuisine, I regret choosing this restaurant for the last day of my trip. & The fish did not seem fresh and had an unpleasant smell. Additionally, it felt quite ironic that a dinner priced as omakase was served in a small room rather than at the bar.

Had a great experience here back in October with my Fiancé and a Friend. The food was amazing and the service was top notch. I speak some Japanese and it helped make my experience next level but, I will say to anyone who doesn’t speak it to not be afraid of coming here. They are very accommodating and kind. It can be hard to find so, make sure you get a little early and have your translate apps ready just in case.

We booked omakase dinner and were very surprised to be seated in a very small room, not at the sushi bar/table. Food was okay but service was way below standard for a 10K+ yen dinner. Didn’t even serve a cup of hot tea after we finish the meal. Quite disappointing indeed. There are many other better choices in Tokyo.
