The way they grill meat at Rogama is really unique, and the texture of it melting in my mouth is still unforgettable. The sophisticated but not overly neat atmosphere and the delicate service were also impressive. If you choose one of the Tokyo Michelin steaks, it would definitely be Arcanum.
