Use it like this
When using the fast-track entry system, a staff member will be waiting for you at the arrival hall according to your flight schedule. Follow the staff's instructions and proceed to the designated fast-track line to quickly complete immigration inspection. Even if you occasionally see an empty line next to you, that line is reserved for flight attendants, APEC travelers, and diplomats, so please be sure to use the designated line!
If you use the fast-track departure process, meet with a staff member at the airport two hours before your flight. The staff member will wait 10 minutes before and after your meeting time, for a total of 20 minutes. Please arrive on time and notify us in advance if you will be late. After meeting with the staff member, you can proceed to the fast-track departure process.

* If you will be late or early for the meeting time, please send us a message in advance.
