However, refunds processed in the following month may be difficult, and refunds are not possible if the product has been used or already registered on your device.
Due to the nature of products used overseas, refund requests due to activation failure, unavailability, or eSIM defects may be due to issues with the device in use, unfamiliarity with settings, or temporary communication failures, rather than product issues. Therefore, refunds will only be processed upon approval after consultation with customer service (phone, email, KakaoTalk) using local Wi-Fi or similar.
Refunds requested after returning home without prior confirmation may not be processed.
