I used their luggage transfer service between accommodations. Since we were traveling with three generations—my children, my parents, and myself—early check-in wasn't possible when we moved between rooms, and I was worried about carrying our luggage around for our itinerary. I did a lot of searching and found this company! I really think this place deserves to be well-known. I received quick responses via KakaoTalk to my inquiries before the trip, and even when I was sweating bullets trying to drop off my luggage locally because of communication difficulties, they answered my call right away and even spoke directly with the resort staff for me. It was such a reassuring experience in a country where communication was a challenge! They are so kind, and I definitely want to use this company again for my next trip.🤍🤍

I purchased this while on vacation to Nha Trang! I figured it would be a hassle to drag my suitcase back home even if I left it somewhere else on the last day, so I bought this product to drop it off right from the start and pick it up at the airport. The result was *THE* satisfying!!! It was so convenient and great. After spending time at the hotel and wandering around the city, I got a massage at the end. While waiting for the airport transfer at the massage shop, everyone was amazed that we were the only ones without suitcases. Good!! At this price, it's really worth it! Highly recommended~^^ They reply right away if you send a question via KakaoTalk, which is very convenient. If I happen to go back again, I'll definitely use this service again. ㅎ 👍🏼
