The small size made it even more cozy, and I loved the feeling of individual attention paid to each and every guest. Despite the array of high-quality ingredients like abalone, sea urchin, and akami, the food was clean and not overdone. While the price range was on the high side, it was a memorable experience.

I loved the modern feel from the exterior to the interior, and it's incredibly quiet. The chef isn't the talkative type, so I recommend it to anyone looking to enjoy sushi in a quiet setting. The prices are also surprisingly reasonable for a Michelin-starred restaurant, which is nice!

First of all, it was very convenient to make a reservation through Wag. The restaurant was a bit tricky to find, but it's located in an alley in Nakameguro. Be sure to check Google Maps carefully before you go! When you sit at the counter, the chef carefully prepares each piece of sushi with incredible attention. The akami zuke, karasumi-topped sushi, and sea urchin were particularly impressive. The atmosphere is a bit more youthful and casual than a traditional sushi restaurant. Every single piece of food was truly delicious!
