I highly recommend it! I sat by the window and the view of the Nakasu River at night made the atmosphere absolutely insane. Also, every single dish felt like a work of art. It is the perfect place to visit for a special occasion or on the last night of your Fukuoka trip!

It was easy to find because it was near the entrance to Canal City, and the exterior was really nice. It was on the first floor, and since it was a place where famous chefs collaborated, each and every dish was a work of art, and the dishes were especially pretty. I also ordered an extra beer, and it was also made and sold directly at Gogan. It was absolutely delicious! Since they said it was something you can only eat at Gogan, I recommend ordering an extra beer.

The exterior is truly beautiful, and despite being a fusion dining establishment, the food is all delicious. It was even better when the chef personally explained the plating techniques throughout the meal. My favorite dessert was the lassi mousse and yuzu sorbet! It was absolutely delicious!

GohGan's charm is that you can enjoy the night view and a meal together, so reservations are available from 17:00, which is perfect for completing a romantic dinner.
