• If the minimum number of people is less than 15 people, the tour will not proceed on the day.
• If the 5th station of Mt. Fuji is inaccessible on the day of the tour due to road or weather conditions, we will visit the highest station available.
• If the Fuji Subaru Line is closed, visit the Mount Fuji World Heritage Center, Oshino Hakkai Village, Oishi Park next to Lake Kawaguchi, or Hananomiyako Park on Lake Yamanaka.
• The Hakone Ropeway operates all the time, from 9:00 to 17:00 from February to November and from 9:00 to 16:15 from December to January. For more information, please check the Hakone Ropeway official website.

• If the operation is not possible due to circumstances, the tour will be directed to one of the following alternative destinations: Hakone Komagatake Ropeway, Hakone Ashiko Cruise Ship, Lake Kawaguchi Lake Kawaguchi Cruise Ship, Mt. Fuji Panoramic Ropeway, Mishima Skywalk, Odawara Castle, Hakone Venetian Glass Museum, Hakone En Aquarium, Narukawa Art Museum, Hakone Checkpoint, Hakone Shrine, etc. (substitute) City tour cancellation and refund are not possible)
• The tour guide will not board the Shinkansen from Odawara to Tokyo for operational reasons.
• The tour guide provides important information to guests returning by Shinkansen before boarding the train.
• Mt. Fuji may not be visible depending on weather conditions (high humidity, heavy rain, fog, etc.).
• No refunds will be issued for claims due to weather or itinerary changes made to the tour by the tour guide or our staff.
• There will be no refund if you miss the Shinkansen after getting off at Odawara Station. Please ride the next train in a non-reserved seat.
• If you plan to use the Shinkansen after the tour ends, be sure to select the Shinkansen departing from Odawara Station.
• Children under 5 years old can participate for free, but bus seats and lunch are not provided. If you need a seat on the bus or lunch, please reserve the child rate.
• Please fasten your seat belt when riding the bus, as it is required by Japanese law.
• Tour arrival location cannot be changed.
• The order of visits in the itinerary may be subject to change.
• Please understand that in case of traffic congestion or other unavoidable reasons, the schedule for each tourist attraction may be changed or the time may be shortened.
• It can be cold in the mountains, so be sure to bring warm clothes.
• If your arrival time in Tokyo is delayed due to traffic or other reasons, we are not responsible for taxi fares, lodging costs, or other costs.
• If the number of participants is small, other vehicles may be used instead of the large bus. Additionally, all participants will depart in the same vehicle, regardless of their method of return to Tokyo.
