2. Select your language from the top menu of the ticket vending machine. (English, Chinese, Korean supported)
3. Select "Receive reserved ticket".
4. Select "Exchange for Japan Rail Pass".
5. Scan the QR code on your mobile voucher at the correct location.
6. Select the start date for your pass. (You can select a date up to 1 month in advance)
7. Agree to the information regarding eligibility and personal data. (Total of 2 items)
8. Scan your electronic passport at the correct location. (If it's not an electronic passport, scanning may not be possible, so you may need to pick it up in person.)
9. Confirm your product on the confirmation page and receive your rail pass.
