If you go to the Diamond Lobby at the Galaxy Hotel, they will exchange your ticket for one right away. I was the only Korean there. It is really convenient if you are staying in Tsim Sha Tsui!

I used to take the ferry, but considering seasickness and the convenience of getting to Tsim Sha Tsui, I tried the bus... but since I don't speak English or Chinese well, I had to run around like crazy. There weren't proper product descriptions either, so I got even more lost. The person exchanging tickets seemed to have never seen a Korean person before; they asked where I bought the tickets and kept trying to scan the QR code because it wasn't working, until another staff member finally managed to help. 1. Exchange your tickets at the information desk to the left of the Diamond Lobby entrance (staff in orange uniforms) (Keep them safe until you get to Hong Kong_the tickets are bundled together in sets of 3). *Seats are not assigned. 2. Get off about 20 minutes after departure for Macau exit immigration (carrying your suitcase). After immigration, re-board the same bus you took in Zone C6. 3. Once you think you have crossed into Hong Kong, get off for Hong Kong immigration (carrying your suitcase). 4. You must stand in the line for human immigration, not the automated lines. (I stood in the wrong line here, and because the immigration ahead took so long, I thought I had to get back on the bus I was originally on. I was extremely nervous and worried for 30 minutes that I might leave my suitcase behind.) 5. After passing through, you see staff wearing the same uniforms as the previous drivers. 6. Show your ticket, they tear off the last ticket, and you just need to take the bus that arrives on time. There really wasn't a single piece of detailed information, so I ended up running with my suitcase and felt a bit mentally drained (the driver didn't speak English well, anyway...). After going through this, I decided to leave a detailed review, so here it is.

Not recommended. Not recommended. It takes at least two and a half hours, and since there are no instructions, you have to figure things out by guesswork. It is much more advantageous to go by ferry. I especially do not recommend it for those traveling with children; it is too exhausting. There is also the hassle of having to get off the car twice, go through inspection again, and re-board.
