BESTIt was available immediately after payment. I decided to go round and down with Crystal Cabin, but it was a little scary when I was up and bored when I was down. If you go early, you might want to come down another route. Big Buddha didn't see it before and chose to travel via Hong Kong.

How to Get to Ngong Ping 360
There are several ways to reach Ngong Ping 360 from downtown Hong Kong, but here’s one of the easiest and most efficient routes:
From Hong Kong City Center:
The best way to get there is to take the MTR (Mass Transit Railway).
From Tsim Sha Tsui: Take the Tsuen Wan Line and transfer at Lai King to the Tung Chung Line. The journey takes around 40 minutes.
From Central: Also transfer at Lai King to the Tung Chung Line; the total travel time is about 35 minutes.
Once you arrive at Tung Chung Station, take Exit B, then walk about 3 minutes to reach the Ngong Ping 360 cable car terminal. It’s faster and easier than you might expect!
From Hong Kong International Airport:
If you’re coming directly from the airport, simply take Bus S1 from the airport bus stop and get off at the Tung Chung Town Centre Bus Terminal. From there, it’s a short walk to the cable car terminal.
Which Ngong Ping 360 Cable Car Should You Choose?
