In case of late arrival, no refunds or reservation changes are possible.

• Citizens of Hong Kong, Macau and China cannot use this ticket.
• Please bring your passport.
• Your reservation is not confirmed until you receive a confirmation voucher.
• If your reservation is closed, you may receive cancellation and refund information.
• Please bring a passport with at least 6 months validity to receive your ticket.
• When making a reservation, please enter your exact English name as it appears on your passport. If the English name is incorrect, a fee of 50 HKD per page will be charged. (For 2 people, a fee of 100 HKD will be charged.)
• Entering incorrect information may result in denied boarding. Please fill in the correct date, time, and flight information.
• Passengers are advised to board at least 30 minutes prior to departure time to allow time for staff to check documents. If you arrive late, no refunds or changes to your reservation will be possible.
• Free for children under 12 months old.
• The baggage allowance for Economy Class passengers is 20 kg, and for Super Class passengers, the baggage allowance is 30 kg.
• Requests for refunds due to service interruption due to bad weather (Typhoon No. 8) must be received no later than the morning of the day following departure.
• Vouchers may become invalid if changed without TurboJet approval or verification.
• Ferry services are subject to TurboJet's Terms and Conditions for Carriage of Passengers and Baggage.
• However, if the ferry is unavailable due to flight cancellation or delay, a refund excluding cancellation fee is possible only if the request is made at least 2 days in advance. (If a refund is requested on the day of use, a refund is not possible.)
• TurboJET reserves the final discretion in case of dispute.
• If you would like to use it with your group, please have a representative make a reservation together.
• Be sure to enter the reservation information accurately. Reservations may not be made due to incorrect information, in which case no refunds will be provided.
• One route does not stop at both terminals in Macau, and the arrival and departure terminals differ depending on the time, so be sure to check before making a reservation.

• This shuttle service is only available to Super Class ferry ticket holders. You must present your ticket to board the bus.
• Operation schedule: 07:30 am - 06:30 pm (departure 20 minutes after arrival)
• Please come to the Macau Outer Port Ferry Terminal Information Counter.
• Seating is limited, so please make a reservation. Seat reservations can be made via email (superplus@turbojet.com.hk) or WhatsApp (+853 6575 7373). (Superclass ferry tickets must be booked first.)
