• This product is used after exchanging online/onsite using the code number in the voucher sent regardless of the designated usage date selected by WAUG.
• Online /on-site exchange is required with the issued 13-digit code number. (If not exchanged, it cannot be used.)
• The departure interval is 25 to 40 minutes.
• This product is a direct train between Seoul Station and Incheon Airport and does not stop at Hongik University Station.
• This ticket is limited to trains between Seoul and Incheon International Airport. Usually, if you transfer to a train or go to a location other than Seoul Station and Incheon International Airport Station, an additional fee will be charged at the counter.
• If you want to exchange your ticket on-site, you can do so by scanning the printed voucher or mobile voucher at the direct train ticket vending machine.
• After issuing a ticket, a return fee of 1,000 won to 3,200 won is charged depending on the time of return, and there is no fee until the day before departure. No refunds are possible after the train arrival time.
• You can choose your departure station from Seoul Station, Incheon Airport Terminal 1, or Incheon Airport Terminal 2.
• The train's departure time can be viewed as the time after the current time on the current date.
• Children must be between the ages of 6 and 12 on the boarding date. Children ages 6 and older must purchase a child ticket.
• Children under 6 years old can ride for free, but must present proof of age when exchanging tickets.
• If there are more than one infant accompanied by one guardian or if a seat is required, a ticket must be purchased as a child.
• Reservations can be made for a total of 12 people, including adults and children.
• If you would like to use it for a round trip, please purchase two one-way tickets.
• Tickets are non-transferable.
• Please note that this is an open ticket that can be used within the validity period, so refunds are not possible even if the desired date is not available.
