I visited on a weekday afternoon and the TVs in the hall and the cypress room were off. I called the counter to ask them to turn on the TV, and they told me to ask Snackcore. When I went to the snack corner, they said they didn't have the remote, so I waited for a while. When I spoke to the counter a second time, they told me to ask Snackcore again. I said something, and after a while, they brought the remote and turned on the TV. When I asked to turn on the TV in the cypress room, they said it had been broken for several days and couldn't be done. When I asked them to give me the remote and said they would try, they said it had been broken for several days and kept refusing to give me the remote. After some hesitation, I finally got the remote and turned on the TV, but it said there was no Wi-Fi signal or something similar, so I turned it off and on again and it worked fine. When I returned the remote, they said the TV was working fine, so they ignored me and just took the remote. Their service manners were really bad. No, but if you really think the TV is broken, you shouldn't have fixed it instead of just responding and leaving it alone. Disappointing
