• You can board after exchanging a physical ticket at the Gwanghwamun Station ticket office.
• Same-day boarding passes can only be purchased on-site.
• To visit the inside of the Blue House, you must make an individual reservation in advance through the Blue House, a national product, website. (The bus will drop you off at the stop in front of the Blue House.)
• The Urban Palace Namsan Course is a circular course, so you can use it freely and at your convenience, even if it is not the time you reserved.
• If you take the Urban Palace Namsan course and return to Gwanghwamun stop without getting off once, it will take about 1 hour and 30 minutes.
• Depending on reservations/traffic/vehicle conditions, etc., it may be operated as an open double-decker bus, a glass-top double-decker bus, or a semi-open single-decker bus.
• Standing is not allowed on the second floor of an open double-decker bus.
• All seats are unassigned. Boarding is on a first-come, first-served basis, so we recommend that you arrive early during peak seasons such as weekends or holidays. There may be standing rooms during temporary tourist rush times.
• In the case of open buses, the roof can be opened and closed, so they can operate normally even on rainy or snowy days.
• Vehicle arrival time may be delayed due to protests, events, traffic congestion, etc.
• Closed every Monday. (Closed on Tuesday if Monday is a public holiday)
• Consumption of coffee, drinks, or food is not allowed in the vehicle.
• The roof of the open double-decker bus is open on the second floor, so ultraviolet rays are strong and it can be windy.
• In the spring/summer, UV rays are strong, so it is a good idea to prepare a hat, sunscreen, and sunglasses.
• It can be cold in the fall/winter season, so it's a good idea to prepare a hat, outerwear, blanket, and hot pack.
• On days when there are a lot of people, such as holidays or vacation periods, the event may be held with standing room only. (Standing is not allowed on the 2nd floor open bus)

If canceled 3 days before the boarding date, 100% of the fare will be refunded. If canceled 2 days before the boarding date, 90% of the fare will be refunded. If canceled 1 day before the boarding date, 80% of the fare will be refunded. If canceled on the same day as the boarding date, 70% refund of the fare (However, Night view tours are non-refundable if canceled after 12pm on the day) If not used on the day, a no-show will be processed unless cancellation is requested.
