Airport pick-up and drop-off are both available.

1. Departure from the airport - Arrival at the hotel
5-passenger vehicle: 1-3 passengers + up to 3 pieces of 24-inch luggage or up to 2 pieces of 28-inch luggage
9-passenger vehicle: 4-7 passengers + up to 8 pieces of 24-inch luggage or up to 5 pieces of 28-inch luggage
Alphard vehicles: 1-5 passengers + up to 3 pieces of 20-inch luggage or up to 2 pieces of 28-inch luggage
The pilot will be waiting for your plane to land.
Those using Terminal 1, please board at outdoor boarding area number 20, and those using Terminal 2, please board at outdoor boarding area number 28!
*Waiting Time: The driver will wait at the designated pick-up location for up to 90 minutes. If you do not pick up within the waiting time, it will be considered a no-show and no refund will be issued.
