  • If you are unable to view your reservation details
    A separate account is created for each login method.
    For example, if you purchased a product after logging in with KakaoTalk and later log in using email, your previous purchase history will not be displayed.
    Please log in with the same account you used at the time of purchase to view your reservation details correctly.
  • When will my reservation be confirmed?
    The confirmation timing varies by product, and please note that your reservation is not confirmed until you receive the voucher.
    Ticket products are generally divided into those that are automatically issued and sent immediately upon purchase by the system, and those that are issued and sent sequentially within Customer Support operating hours.
    Tour products are divided into private tours and join-in tours. Although they may be labeled as “confirmed within XX hours,” the actual confirmation time may vary depending on the operator’s situation.
    For private tours, confirmation is provided only if vehicle dispatch and guide assignment are possible, and in some cases, confirmation may not be possible due to the operator’s circumstances.
    For join-in tours, the reservation may remain on hold depending on the number of participants. If the minimum number of participants is not met, you may receive a waiting or cancellation notice up to 3 days before the tour date.
    In such cases, we will contact you by phone or separate message and process a full refund.
    Please note that if you make a reservation close to the usage date, there is a higher possibility of receiving a cancellation notice.
  • How do I use my voucher after my reservation is completed?
    Each product uses different methods.
    
    Please read the 'How to Use' carefully from the information of the reserved product and proceed in order.
  • How do I view my reservation progress?
    You can view it product by product in your Purchase History under My Page.
    
    It will be shown as either Payment Completed, Reservation in Progress, or Reservation Completed
    
    For refunds, it will be shown as either Refund Requested or Refund Completed
  • What is a WAUG app mobile voucher?
    Mobile app vouchers can be viewed under Purchase History or by clicking on the fourth icon at the bottom of the main page on the app. Then, click View Voucher on the product you wish to view.
    
    You will be able to present and use the mobile voucher right away and won't necessarily have to print it out.
    
    However, there are products that require a printed voucher. Please make sure to check "How To Use."
  • I did not receive a voucher.
    Each product has a different confirmation time, i.e., voucher delivery time.
    
    There are vouchers issued immediately after purchase, and there are also ones with a delivery time of up to 3 days.
    
    First, please check the voucher delivery time of your purchase.
    
    The voucher can be found in the email you entered and on the WAUG app voucher.
  • How do I make a reservation?
    Select the desired city, the product then the date and different options.
    
    Choose from the options and make a payment.
  • Do I have to use a voucher only on the date I choose?
    Tours, activities, transportations, and WIFI products are only available on selected dates.
    
    However, tickets for major theme parks may be used at any time during the validity period stated in the product information.
    
    Please read the "How To Use" of each product before purchasing.
