Visit 'Tsukiya', a yakitori restaurant located in Ginza, Tokyo. It is a place where you can taste the true value of yakitori, which is Japanese culture and traditional cuisine. We purchase and cook the most delicious ingredients of the day, such as the famous Date chicken with good meat quality and fresh vegetables full of freshness, and provide them to our customers.

In order to treat each and every customer with sincerity, we offer dishes at the best timing in a space consisting of only 16 counter seats. Enjoy a relaxing time in a dining space decorated with a cozy interior while tasting a variety of dishes that maximize the original taste of the ingredients.

Chef Katou Takenori

Takenori Katou was deeply impressed after meeting Date-dori hens at a Michelin Guide restaurant and researched chicken skewers. He created Tsukiya as it is now. After working as a deputy chef at Hinokizaka at THE RITZ-CARLTON and Hanasansho at Park Hotel Tokyo, you can now meet him at Yakitori Tsukiya.

Course Menu Information

The Short Course, Standard Course, and Special Course are course meals where the owner, Kato, grills and serves chicken 'Date Chicken' himself. A craftsman trained at a Michelin-starred restaurant presents the finest dishes that bring out the original taste of the ingredients. Enjoy traditional Japanese 'yakitori' and world-class 'Japanese cuisine' with the finest ingredients in a special space! In particular, the special course also includes winter truffles from Piedmont, Italy.
