It&#39;s hard to make a reservation even locally, but I was able to make a reservation through Wag, which was super convenient. The sushi is really delicious. The tuna sushi melts in your mouth. This is a restaurant I want to visit again!

Sushi Tsu, with its elegant decorations, beautiful white wood counter, and quiet and comfortable dining environment, is the hottest sushi restaurant in Roppongi, led by Chef Takahashi. The sushi, made right in front of your eyes under the yellow lights, looks so beautiful that you almost don't want to eat it.

Before Sushi Tsu, Chef Takahashi of Sushi Tsu worked as a chef at the InterContinental Hotel in Tokyo Bay. He founded Sushi Tsu based on his skills gained at Waketokuyama in the InterContinental, which is known to be a very demanding place.
