How To Use
- You will receive a mobile voucher via email or the WAUG app.
- Proceed to any of the ticketing counters 10 minutes before your selected timeslot.
- Show your voucher at the Walk-in Lane and redeem your actual ticket.
- Please arrive no later than 30 minutes after the chosen timeslot.

What to Remember
- Please select a visit date at least 2 days in advance. The voucher can only be used for admission 48 hours after purchase.
- This voucher is only valid for redemption on the date and time indicated above. Please arrive NO LATER THAN 30 MINS after the time indicated on this voucher to redeem your ticket. Redemption of vouchers after 30 30-minute grace period will be strictly at Skyline Luge’s sole discretion.
- Please bring your valid passport for admission.
- Riders must be at least 6 years old and 110cm (around 3'6) to ride the Luge alone.
- Children below the age of 6, or below 110cm in height, must ride in tandem with a responsible adult. Please purchase a CHILD DOUBLING ticket at Skyline Luge Singapore’s ticketing counters.
- Children below 6 years old and 110cm may ride the luge only if accompanied by an adult.
- The minimum height to board the Skyride unaccompanied is 135cm (around 4'4).
- This voucher cannot be used to redeem Night Luge tickets (Fridays & Saturdays, 7pm–9:30pm).
- This voucher is valid for 1 person only; rides cannot be shared among guests.
- Admission to Skyline Luge is subject to availability.
- Pregnant women are discouraged from riding the Luge and Skyride.
- Guests who have a medical condition that makes it more likely to sustain an injury, are discouraged from riding the Luge and Skyride.
- Please arrive no later than 30 minutes after the selected time. Redemption of vouchers after the 30-minute grace period will be strictly at Skyline Luge Singapore’s sole discretion.
